Our work
Each project started with a real problem. Here's what we built to solve it.
Our work
PSS360
Training platform
The challenge: Dispatch simulators are expensive and seat only a few students, so most of the class waits.
What we built: A browser-based training platform with an AI-powered 9-1-1 dispatch console, typing drills and avatar roleplay, so a whole class trains at once. Instructors control what students see, write their own scenarios and track progress.

Hiring assessments
The challenge: 9-1-1 agencies need a fair, realistic way to compare dispatcher candidates.
What we built: Seven job-realistic assessments covering typing, listening, data entry, map reading and call handling, scored against each agency's own pass marks.

What we built: A dedicated candidate assessment site, and the NECI911 Training Academy, now in development.
